Help

• Provides professional, senior-level/Subject Matter Expert engineering services in the civil engineering area for the Transformation Cell of the Directorate of Public Works.
• Suggests minor deviations from specifications on the job site, pending a contract modification, refers major discrepancies with recommendation for elimination to supervisor for further action and decision.
• Performs constructional reviews of designs for projects prepared by in-house engineers, Architect or Engineer firms, Host Nation government’s overground construction bureau (Staatliches Hochbauamt) and others.
• Inspects projects under construction and service contract performance to ensure that contractual terms are met, and the work is adequately performed.
• Performs and/or verifies acceptable tests of mechanical and electrical systems such as HVAC systems, power distribution systems, district heat and other hot/warm water heating systems, etc.
• Designs and prepares independent government estimates, scopes of work for Job Order Contracting (JOC).
