• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience:

• CIVIL ENGINEER IN UAE: 5 years (Required)

• Project Oversight: Lead site operations and manage all aspects of construction activities, ensuring they align with project specifications, budget, and schedule.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring all work meets industry standards and maximum expectations.
• Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols to create a safe working environment and mitigate risks.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports, including site conditions, delays, and issues, and present them to senior management.
• Resource Management: Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
