CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

Elite Touch Group are working with their well established client who is actively seeking a Civil litigation Solicitor to take on an existing caseload while actively seeking new business opportunities.
They are looking for someone who can provide high-quality legal advice and representation for our clients with minimal supervision.

Main responsibilities will include managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including but not limited to :

• Landlord and tenant disputes.
• Contentious Probate matters.
• Commercial contracts and business disputes.
• Partnership disputes.
• Professional negligence.
• Property, building and boundary disputes.
• Debt claims.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

The ideal candidate will:
· Be enthusiastic and hardworking.
· Be proactive and have an aptitude for business development.
· Have a suitable professional qualification.
· Have a proven track record of effectively running own caseload.
· Be able to work accurately, prioritise work and adhere to critical deadlines.

· Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

• Have In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents in the areas of responsibility.
• Have strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills to effectively represent clients and engage with opposing parties.
• Be computer literate.
