InterCAD is a consulting firm providing services in the area of civil, municipal and transportation engineering, with an emphasis on major urban land development. The company is founded on a dedication to Client service, through which we have established a position of leadership within our industry.
We have an immediate opportunity for an individual with one to two-years’ experience in the area of land development and municipal servicing in both our Vancouver and Kelowna offices, with specific experience with on-site field reviews, monitoring of municipal construction, interpretation of civil design drawings, preparation of site instructions, and preparation of field review reports.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications include a civil engineer with 1 to 2-years’ experience relevant to municipal land development, preferably in British Columbia; working knowledge of CAD design software packages such as MicroStation and/or AutoCAD; strong written and oral communication skills. Experience with Civil3D, especially for the position based in our Kelowna office, would be beneficial. Must be familiar with local municipal and provincial engineering standards and practices. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent, and eligibility for registration in EGBC. Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s licence; owning your own car for use to travel between project sites would be an asset; Vancouver office can provide access to car sharing membership service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $72,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
