Project Manage the day-to-day running of Tullamarine Airport-related projects, including ensuring that the following disciplines for each project are maintained to an acceptable professional level:

• Design & Integration Management - have a thorough understanding of the project (keeping track of design changes, creating variations, and managing the other Stakeholders at the airport) in collaboration with the SPM/GM/MD.
• Scope Management
• Time Management (programme) in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Cost Management working with the tender quote sheet, engaging suppliers, monitoring their invoicing, etc
• Quality Management Overseeing the QA Manager
• Human Resources Management
• Communications Management internal reporting and your communication and relationship with the client and client reps are most important.
• Risk Management OHS requirements + managing our crews on-site, i.e. ensuring they are safe and not working too close to asphalt works, traffic management, etc.)
• Procurement Management
