JOB SUMMARY

Dedicated and experienced Civil Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks, ensuring the efficient operation of civil infrastructure, and maintaining a safe and functional environment for occupants and visitors.

• Proven experience (6 years) in facility maintenance management, with a focus on civil infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and grounds maintenance practices.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and MS Office applications.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE

Essential Qualification: Diploma degree
Work Experience: 8 plus years of related industry experience, minimum 4 year UAE experience in UAE FM industry.
Certification or degree in facility management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Experience in budget management and financial planning for maintenance activities.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy-efficient building technologies.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to facility maintenance.
