JOB TITLE: CIVIL SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all civil engineering tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety, and quality control.
• Certifications (optional but beneficial): Safety certifications or relevant industry certifications.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of construction processes, civil engineering principles, and safety standards.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of construction management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage resources, timelines, and costs effectively.

  Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Civil Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)

• Supervise site operations and manage workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide leadership and problem-solving solutions on-site.
