The Mission
The aim is to provide a foundation for global development solutions and features for WholeSale Banking clients of ING Group. This will enable us to unlock synergies between countries in the digital transformation and Service Request & Employee Portal Team is one of the most productive and mature team within ING WholeSale Banking area responsible for many strategic projects.
Your day to day
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between the business and technical team;
- Coordinate with various stakeholders within and cross departments;
- Gather and refine business requirements and transform them in technical requirements;
- Organize and facilitate sessions with multiple stakeholders to gather business or technical requirements on complex features (e.g. creating new workflows for customers and employees within a given application, integration with other applications, digitalizing and automating business process flows);
- Brainstorm with the team over continuous improvements of the existing and new processes available within applications;
- Identify improvements opportunities;
- Perform impact analysis of the technical requirements in multiple applications;
- Keep technical documentation up to date and create new documentation ( for APIs, SOAP Services, Use cases, UI, Database);
- Create testing plans and acceptance criteria for new features;
- Test new features and investigate and give resolutions for defects (in test, acceptance or production environments);
- Provide training and demos and gathering feedback on newly implemented flows;
- Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies;
- Configure the creation of the new service request types.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Experience: minimum 3 years of experience;
- Tech stack / knowledge:
- Mandatory: technical knowledge including, but not limited to: application design (UX, UI), basic understanding of the way applications communicate with each other (APIs, SOAP operations), requirements elicitation, requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis and design definition stakeholder engagement, communication skills (both written and oral), facilitation skills, analytical/critical/creative thinking, problem solving, time management, testing skills;
- Nice to have: Agile certification, BI Intelligence knowledge, basic SQL, presentation skills, negotiation skills;
- Foreign languages: English (advanced);
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (or higher).
