Type: HYBRID ( In office Monday/Tuesday work, candidate can select 3rd day in office ) Job Hours- 8:00-5:00
Hourly Pay Range: $40-42/per hour
Interview Process: Virtual interview 1-2 - 30 minute interview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: A Workers’ Compensation Claims Adjuster must investigate analyze and determine the nature and extent of an injury to apply specific statutory benefits according to various jurisdictional rules.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s.
• 5-6 Years experience.
• Must work from the Dallas office a minimum of 3 days per week.

• Analyze first reports of injury and the compensability of work accidents oversee the treatment recommendations promptly contact insureds and injured workers conduct accurate and timely investigations and evaluate appropriate exposures for reserves.
• Adjusters must maintain an active diary monitor diary to achieve timely development of file and timely disposition of the claim
• Recognize and pursue recovery where possible adhere to all statutory regulations and unfair claim practices act
• Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of insurance policies investigative techniques legal requirements and regulations.
• Ability to work with a wide spectrum of people
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service orientation strong analytical and negotiation skills
