Description:

We are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our team. This role involves adjudicating claims, overseeing non-licensed claims processors, and identifying process improvement opportunities in the industry. This is a remote position offering a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Adjudicate claims accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed daily claim targets
  • Provide guidance and oversight to non-licensed claims processors
  • Obtain and maintain advanced adjuster licenses in accordance with state and municipality requirements
  • Ensure all claims are processed and adjudicated following standard operating procedures
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
  • Use your skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively
  • Utilize your knowledge of ERP and CRM systems to streamline processes
  • Use your decision-making skills to provide final approval authority on claims
  • Employ your time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Power BI
  • Skilled in using About Time, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and CRM
  • Experience in Claim Administration and Call Center Customer Service
  • Ability to manage calendars and handle time management effectively
  • Knowledge of property claims adjusting
  • Strong decision-making abilities and process improvement skills
  • Familiarity with medical records and standard operation procedures
  • Ability to perform onsite duties when required
  • Experience in meeting targets and understanding salary structures
  • Proficiency in data processing and VLOOKUP
  • Knowledge of Pivot Table is a plus
