As an integral member of the Claims department, you will provide administrative support to the broader Claims Service function to progress the claims file journey, in order to deliver exceptional member service. You will demonstrate a strong focus on customer service for both internal and external customers, and thrive on a role that brings you a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Undertake Claims file administrative support activities including receipting, processing payments and payment authorisations
  • Process emails and workflow items to ensure the effective delivery of administrative support
  • Adhere to internal customer service standards to provide exceptional and consistent accuracy of data entry & adherence to processes
  • Proactively foster effective interaction and positive working relationships with immediate team members and broader stakeholders
  • Plus much more

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in administrative or service role within the Insurance industry (desirable, but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Proven organisational and time management skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and great team playe
