Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate claims data and records in MACS
- Set up of new claims
- Upload claims documents and data for new and existing claims
- Support claims team to deliver technology and process efficiencies in relation to the claims set up and storage of documents, to improve the claims process
- Provide ad hoc support for projects in relation to resolution of data issues
