EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS
- Experience in UK claims processes and procedures within an insurance company or TPA.
- Proven background in claims or insurance administration with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365, including intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational administration of UK partners, including organizing steering committees and implementing action plans.
- Manage complaints, forward escalations to the appropriate departments, and handle all day-to-day claims administration tasks.
- Maintain and organize the claims and complaints email inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolution.
- Prepare data and reports for internal and external meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide guidance and support to external partners, ensuring adherence to processes.
- Complete meeting minutes for claims discussions and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Provide support across the UK team when required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
