Requirements:
This position involves completing First Notice of Loss documents (FNOL) and reporting them to our carrier partners or referring clients directly to the carrier depending on the circumstances. The role will also triage all mail received for the department.
The focus is always on advocating for our clients. This person would assist should one of our Select clients needs support with a claim. He/She will be responsible for documenting all activity for those claims. This role will support the rest of the department with some administrative and processing duties.
