Please note, there will be an initial training period of 4 weeks which will be full-time, 9:00am to 4:00pm. You will need to be able to commit to this if you are successfully hired. After training, we have a variety of full-time shifts Monday to Friday between 8am and 5:30pm.
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Our ideal candidate will have experience in general insurance claims and customer service roles, as well as good working knowledge of general insurance policies.
- Excellent communication skills - building rapport will come as second nature to you.
- A genuine desire to help others and drive to go the extra mile for Member satisfaction.
- Outstanding negotiating skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Great time management, organisational skills and resilience are also super important to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities:
- End-to-end advice and support for our Members about their general insurance claims and setting expectations on the process along the way.
- Engaging with assessors, repairers and suppliers to ensure the Member is reinstated as quickly as possible into the position they were in prior to any loss.
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy when gathering and processing information.
- Going above and beyond to meet our members expectations to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
- Being versatile to be able to manage your own workload independently.
