We are seeking a dynamic Claims and Complaints Manager to lead and enhance the performance of our Claims and Complaints teams. Your primary focus will be on meeting team KPIs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This position involves coaching and developing claims and complaints handlers, creating weekly reports to provide data insights, forecasting volumes, and accurately scheduling resources to meet objectives. Additionally, the manager will analyse data to identify root causes and implement process improvements based on these insights.
