Description:
The Claims and Contracts Clerk is in charge of the preparation and collection of claims as well as monitoring and maintaining contract pricing. If you have superior customer support standards, the ability to successfully juggle responsibilities, a positive, team-oriented attitude, and the ability to switch gears quickly, this is the spot for you! The ideal candidate is flexible, coachable, comfortable moving through multiple computer programs, and has desire to learn and grow. No day looks the same as the previous!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), required.
- Administrative or Office experience, required.
- Basic computer and Internet skills, required.

Responsibilities:
- Create and compile all claim documents.
- Maintain and update concept file pricing in accordance with changing contracts.
- Assist team members by ensuring all claims are accurately processed and updated in a timely manner.
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Organize workflow to meet deadlines.
