To Manage a portfolio of Recoveries files within the Recovery & Settlements Department, whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling through robust relationships with internal and external service provider

(Insurance) Providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases

• Motor claim or liability experience highly desirable
• Ideally a good understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.
• Ability to make decisions and liaise with solicitors and stakeholders.
• Exceptional customer service skills written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a complex environment, prioritise tasks and organise workload effectively.
• Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
• Broad ability to drive for results, focus on outcomes and well-developed negotiation skills.
