We are recruiting for a Claims Consultant to join our team of professionals in providing Health Insurance Members with a quality customer service experience. Your key responsibility will be to provide claims advice and guidance to Health Insurance Members for a trusted Not-For-Profit Organisation. Additionally, you will be required to assess and process claims with minimal errors. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training with ongoing career development opportunities.
- Start Date:Monday 2nd September 2024
- Location: Commence training and working in our Melbourne CBD offices and work from home and office on rotation once speed to competency is achieved (1-2 days per week in office)
- Operating Hours: Rotating Roster - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
- Full Time Permanent Contract on Offer - 38 paid hours per week
- Pay Rate: $27.17 per hour plus superannuation plus leave entitlements
- Two weeks Classroom Based Training (Training Rate: $24.98 per hour + Super + Leave)
