HUB24 is growing, and to support this growth we’re looking to hire a new Superannuation Claims Consultant to join our team and provide the care and understanding our clients.
Join our dedicated team and help individuals navigate the complex world of superannuation claims, providing them with the support and guidance they need during challenging times.
Responsibilities:
- Processing Superannuation claims, involving permanent incapacity, family law, death, financial hardship, IDPS and investment claims.
- Review claim forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Work closely with trustees for the determinations
- Collaborate with lawyers, advisers and clients in order to provide the best outcomes.
- Liaise with claimants, beneficiaries, and external parties to collect necessary information and resolve queries.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and information to ensure timely processing of claims.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and research on claim cases to assist in the claims assessment process.
- Ensure accurate claim assessment in line with policy terms and conditions.
- Gathering and interpreting relevant information to form an appropriate claims strategy.
