Amplifon New Zealand is looking for a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator, internally known as Claims Team Leader based at our Support Office in Takapuna.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Previous experience in insurance claims, preferably Hearing Aid insurance or Home and Contents insurance;
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Analytical and process-focused with a strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Claims Team Leader will be responsible for processing insurance claims and supervising a small team, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise a small team of insurance administrators, while also processing and managing end-to-end claims yourself
- Claims management - oversee the entire claims process, ensuring all claims are handled in line with established procedures and timelines, including repairs and replacements
- Prepare and deliver regular reporting on key metrics and report on trends Continually improve and streamline processes
