We’re looking for an experienced, customer-focused colleague to provide outstanding customer service to clients and customers, helping them through the process of resolving their insurance claims from start to finish.
ABOUT YOU
We’ll be looking for you to be able to demonstrate the following, both in your application and at interview:
- Proven experience of working in customer service or a customer focused environment (claims experience desirable but not essential)
- Enthusiastic and resilient with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of multiple computer applications and data entry.
- A logical approach to solving problems, with the ability to make proactive decisions and use an escalation process where necessary.
- Excellent time management skills, including an ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and deliver on your commitments.
- A team-focused, open-minded approach towards the ideas and views of others, contributing to a positive team spirit and supporting colleagues to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Putting what matters to the customer at the heart of everything we do; dealing with each case on an individual basis and being proactive in using written and verbal communication skills to keep customers and clients updated on the progress of their cases.
- Meeting and exceeding measures of success, both in terms of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and in accordance with our clients’ Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Identifying best practice and areas for improvement, sharing learnings from your cases to highlight changes that will improve processes and performance.
- Recognising and resolving any indication of dissatisfaction, reporting any issues in line with the escalation process.
- Administrative duties, including raising invoices and purchase orders and ensuring collection and processing of customer excess where applicable
