Description:

AXA Partners Italy is looking for a Claims & Customer Service Associate based in Milan.
Type of contract: Fixed Term Contract
Reporting to the Operations for Credit & Lifestyle Protection, this role will be a member of the Claims & Customer Service Team.
According to skills, experience and performance Claims and Customer Associates are classified as follows: Entry Level Associate (Junior), Experienced Associate (EXP) and Senior Associate (Master)

The Claims & Customer Service Associate will have to demonstrate strong performance:

  • Provide good service to customers (Junior, EXP, Master)
  • Achieve and surpass customer expectations (Junior, EXP, Master)
  • Act as a point of reference for colleagues (Master)
  • Champion and support change (Master)
  • Act as a point of reference in the Manager’s absence (Master)
  • Demonstrate ability to analyse and interpret data (EXP, Master)

EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar function or in a customer call centre will be a plus
  • Customer service orientated and able to work under pressure
  • Competent knowledge of the MS Office applications
  • High degree of responsibility, analytical and able to think “out of the box”
  • Experience in claims handling will be a plus
  • English Speaker
  • Energetic with commitment to deliver
