What you will be doing:
- Conduct initial client interviews and manage inbound calls to maximize instructions.
- Open claims in our financial and case management systems.
- Respond to new email and online inquiries within 15 minutes.
- Perform conflict of interest and ID checks.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers for pro bono advice.
- Provide initial cost advice and prepare necessary documentation for clients.
- Use a case management system to manage queries and workflows.
- Conduct research on relevant medical terms for risk assessments.
- Handle the rejection process for inquiries that don’t meet criteria.
- Record and report on inquiry statuses and reasons for non-conversion.
- Draft rejection correspondence and advise on alternative legal options.
- Assist with file closure tasks like archiving and fee collection.
- Create your own correspondence and documents.
- Source witness questionnaires.
- Understand the litigation process to guide clients effectively.
- Handle calls from debtors making payments
What you will need:
- Experience in sales, customer service, call centres, retail, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in phone interactions.
- Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Legal experience is not required; we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, including those returning to work or changing careers.
- A desire to grow and advance within a law firm.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational skills while following team processes.

WORKING HOURS
We are committed to providing a service to our clients between the hours of:
- 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday (Inc. Bank Holidays)
- 9am to 5.30pm on a Saturday and Sunday.
Once training has been completed, you will work to shift patterns to accommodate these hours on a rota basis.
We are keen to hear individuals who are looking for Full time employment. For this position you must be able to work weekend shifts, as well as have some flexibility in the week.
An ideal opportunity should you be looking for hours to fit around studies or family commitments.
