JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consultant II is responsible for delivery and support of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to enable data-based decision making. This role conducts operational data analysis to support strategic direction of Allstate’s Independent agency business, Encompass.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Claims Intelligence team within Risk & Analytics collaborates primarily with the Claims department, leveraging data and analytics to support strategies and solutions that drive profitable growth. Reporting to Manager, Operational Reporting, you will develop a strong relationship with stakeholders within our Claims team by leveraging a strong understanding of claims processes and data to support our team’s day-to-day needs and requests.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel and O365
  • Experience in the insurance industry, especially with Casualty claims data
