We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our SAP Investment Safeguarding team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a large corporate, or regulated industry, and a proven track record of managing large teams in different geographies.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in claims management and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving organisational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor team performance against targets and manage underperformance.
  • Claims Management
  • Oversee the end-to-end claims process related to SAP’s investments in our ecosystem.
  • Ensure all claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with program requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimise audit failures; proactively detect red flags and dramatically improve focus on our risk areas.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including partners, auditors, financial, and compliance professionals.
  • Communicate complex claims issues effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent skills at managing escalations from both within the company and from partners.
  • Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to implement improvements.
    Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into the claims management process.
