We are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead our SAP Investment Safeguarding team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in a large corporate, or regulated industry, and a proven track record of managing large teams in different geographies.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise in claims management and exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide the team towards achieving organisational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of claims professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor team performance against targets and manage underperformance.
- Claims Management
- Oversee the end-to-end claims process related to SAP’s investments in our ecosystem.
- Ensure all claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with program requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimise audit failures; proactively detect red flags and dramatically improve focus on our risk areas.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our stakeholders, including partners, auditors, financial, and compliance professionals.
- Communicate complex claims issues effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent skills at managing escalations from both within the company and from partners.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to implement improvements.
Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices into the claims management process.
