Description:

As a Liability Claims Negotiator, you will play a key role in ensuring fair and efficient settlement of liability claims, while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate 3rd party liability payments according to legal principles using all necessary and approved methods.
  • Conduct relevant telephone communications for Liability Claims.
  • Regularly follow up on Liability Claims to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Analyze and review Tracers reports to assess claim status.
  • Provide regular and timely updates to Management.
  • Work with 3rd parties and insurance companies to negotiate claims, subject to management approval.
  • Escalate unresolved claims to Management or nominated persons for further determination.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all follow-ups are documented in the system.
  • Liaise with clients and third parties to facilitate claim resolutions.
