ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Claims Representative II- Personal Lines Auto to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

• Handle moderate to complex Auto Physical Damage Claims
• Analyze the information gathered, determine liability, and review assessment of the damages.
• Validate details of the Insured’s policy to determine coverage.
• Interview the insured and/or witnesses to collect their statements of events to settle claims within your given authority level.
• Provide quality service to external or internal customers.
• Answer queries relating to investigations and the claims process.
• Ensure timely follow up with customers on the status of their claim.
