• Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims.
• Portfolio/case management and handling inbound/outbound calls, while adapting to a one touch approach to drive claims momentum through to closure.
• Managing the operational processing of motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers.
• Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues.
