Responsibilities:
- Handling motor catastrophe claims end-to-end, including repairable and total loss scenarios, following the AAL Claims Management Process.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislation affecting claims management, make complex liability decisions at claims lodgement and throughout the claim lifecycle.
- Adhering to AAL standards to control costs and prevent leakage in the claims process.
- Managing expectations and relationships with both claimants and internal/external stakeholders.
- Communicating effectively with clients by adjusting voice tone, pace, and style, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes, and providing timely, accurate claims processing.
