Responsibilities:

  • Providing superior customer service to motor claimants in a timely manner
  • Managing the operational processing of motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process
  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and liaising with 3rd party insurers and other multiple stakeholders
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers
  • Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
