Claims Specialist 2 \Remote
The Claims Specialist 2 processes claims for members, providers, and employers. In addition to claims processing the Specialist 2 provides and interpret detailed benefit, eligibility, and premium information on a broad portfolio of products, responds to claim inquires, and resolve member issues or concerns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year - Experience in a Claims Specialist 1 position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree - Plus 1 year of experience with healthcare customer service and/or claims, accounting.
