You will be responsible for

  • Assess and manage injury needs of claimants of various claim profiles case manage through soundly based decision making whilst assessing for reasonable and necessary treatment and rehabilitation requirements to maximise return to work and return to health outcomes for claimants.
  • Maintain high customer service standards and effective relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating extensive knowledge of business, industry and the full range of our customers acting as an escalation point for your colleagues when required.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant insurance guidelines, legislation and regulations court decisions impacting claims functions and policy changes.
