The Automotive Salesperson plays a pivotal role in the sales and customer service operations of an automotive dealership. This role involves assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that match their needs, preferences, and budget. The salesperson is responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for customers while achieving sales targets and contributing to the dealership’s overall success.

• Responding to email/digital leads, phone calls and greet customers as they enter the dealership and initiate conversations to understand their automotive needs
• Provide detailed information about various vehicle models, features, specifications, and options
• Offer test drives and accompany customers on them, addressing their questions and concerns
• Present and discuss pricing, financing options, and promotions with customers
• Collaborate with the sales manager and finance team to finalize the sale, including trade ins and financial arrangements
• Follow up with customer leads as directed by sales manager.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach, building rapport and trust with clients
• Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the dealership
