KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Complete daily schedule of assignments to pick up and transport waste in a refinery setting using a roll-off truck, vac truck and service vehicle with waste trailer.
- Load and Offload products and waste as required
- Complete documentation accurately including manifests, log books and bills of lading
- Conduct sampling and water testing as required
- As appropriate, collaborate with Field Technicians to ensure the expedient removal of unwanted waste, within required time frames
- Conduct proper segregation of waste to ensure quality of commodity and to minimize processing costs
- Operate, monitor and control process levels, temperatures, pressures and flows for applicable equipment and systems in a safe and efficient manner
- Coordinate maintenance of the assigned vehicles and equipment
- Perform other operational duties as assigned including manual labor example (shoveling, cleaning sites, site layouts, loading end dumps, loading tankers etc.)
- Work in an outdoor setting in various weather conditions
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Class 3 driver’s license with clean abstract, class 1 would be considered an asset
- Familiar with, and able to demonstrate ability to operate Vacuum trucks, Power vacuum, Roll off trucks.
- Open to working various shifts, including weekends and extended hours to meet client needs
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
