CLASS 2 DELIVERY DRIVER

Our client is a leading supplier of fresh produce and fine foods, dedicated to providing top-quality products to our customers. Our clients takes pride in their commitment to excellence. They are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join the delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Based in Burbush Hamilton
Monday to Friday
4:00am start – 2:00pm finish
Rate $ - TBC

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to deliver food products to customers
• Providing excellent customer service when completing deliveries
• Assisting in loading and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Communicate effective with the dispatch team and clients

Requirements

• Must hold a valid class 2 driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads safely when required
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Must pass all pre-employment checks, includes drug test and MOJ
