Class Action Attorney (Consumer Rights)

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Class Action Attorney to join our litigation department here in our Burbank office. Candidates should be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to successfully manage a full case docket.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Experience in consumer class action (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the California Labor Code
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar

• Evaluate potential class action claims related to consumer rights
• Assess client claims and determine if they meet the criteria for class action certification
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case preparation
• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other legal documents necessary for class action litigation
• Collaborating with Class Action department staff as needed
