The Department of Human Resources is now seeking an experienced human resource professional to join our team as a Classification and Compensation Analyst, Senior. This individual will have comprehensive skills in collaboration, written and verbal communication, and attention to detail with a strong desire to knowledge share and contribute to building a sustainable classification and compensation structure. In this position you will be responsible for leading projects, developing training and resource guides, conducting classification analyses, managing classifications and position descriptions, and performing audits and salary surveys.Work is typically performed Monday - Friday during normal business hours, with occasional before or after hours work as necessary. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule dependent on business need.Our Ideal CandidateWhile classification and compensation experience are helpful, the ideal candidate will bring a wide variety of comprehensive Human Resources technical and functional experience.
