QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate has:
- A relevant academic background, preferably at master’s level.
- Experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
- Proven experience in working with LEAN.
- Proficient communication skills in English (oral and written).

Your ability to engage in cross-organizational collaboration, conduct incisive analyses, and translate complex concepts into accessible language will be key. - Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives.
