QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate has:

• A relevant academic background, preferably at master’s level.
• Experience in change management and coaching across various organizational levels.
• Proven experience in working with LEAN.
• Proficient communication skills in English (oral and written).

We are seeking someone who can seamlessly blend your analytical competencies with strong people skills. Your ability to engage in cross-organizational collaboration, conduct incisive analyses, and translate complex concepts into accessible language will be key. • Identifying, developing, and implementing new LEAN initiatives.
• Providing coaching and training to our leaders and employees.
• Driving our strategy process across the factory with our leadership group
