  • Manufacturing, packing or warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of clean room and sterile manufacturing practices is preferred.
  • Able to communicate with the team and management.
  • Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Good computer literacy and Microsoft Office based experience preferred but not essential.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to read production work instructions.

Manufacturing responsibility for the Sterile Single-use Device (SSD) department for the CSI Falmouth facility. This department completes the day-to-day manufacturing activity for the EZ range of sterile, single use denudation pipettes.

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is responsible for maintaining output in the SSD manufacturing department. The primary function of the role to complete the manufacturing activity for the SSD processes, ensuring that activities and projects are conducted within the target timelines.
Its an on-site role, with a four day working week. Working hours are 6.00am-16. 00pm (Monday –Thursday).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all products are manufactured and packed in accordance with documented practices to be compliant with the requirements of the specifications.
  • Be willing to learn the necessary skills to complete all allocated clean room production and packing tasks.
  • Adapting to change within schedules and work activities as required.
  • Maintain the integrity of the clean room by following quality procedures.
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the primary focus and is followed, reporting any observed hazards, near miss or accidents to the SSD Manufacturing Manager, Team Leader, and H&S Officer.
