• Ensure all common areas are clean and sanitized.
• Complete full unit cleaning in vacant units.
• Office cleaning and organization.
• Pick up any scattered garbage/debris in common areas and empty all garbage containers
• Dust all smooth, flat surfaces with dusting tool provided.
• Clean all glass doors and windows at front and back entries.
• Empty and replace all cigarette receptacles.
• Minor repairs and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
