JOB DESCRIPTION

Cavendish School is seeking a permanent part-time cleaner to work at our busy and friendly school. We are looking for two experienced cleaners to work during the evenings and some weekend days, 5-6 days per week.
* Experience required.
* Experience of cleaning at a school is desirable although not essential.
* Training will be provided, including safeguarding training.
* Looking for independent-minded cleaners who are self-motivated and energetic.
* Company benefits provided, including 32 total holiday days.
* Would possibly suit an applicant with an additional job/s.
* Hours required are Monday - Friday evenings and some weekends. There can be some flexibility with these arrangements for the right candidate.
* Approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
* DBS is preferable, although all staff are subject to our Safer Recruitment policy.
* The position may offer the scope for you to work alongside somebody you know, if you have a partner, friend, colleague or associate interested in taking the second cleaner job. This is not a requirement of suitability for the position.
* Some flexibility for increased hours during our peak summer season, and the opportunity of full-time hours during 10 weeks of the summer should you wish.
