Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure safe working practices through Health & Safety standards
  • Ensure all areas of the factory are kept clean and achieve KPI, GMP and schedule guidelines.
  • Ensure Emergency work requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all day-to-day schedules & work orders are responded to quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality, following company procedures for holidays and sickness
  • Mobility of labour covering the Uxbridge/Mondelez/CBRE sites cleaning
  • Meet company expectations in relation to Cleaning standards, conduct and performance
  • Ensure cleaning equipment is cleaned, stored and kept in working order
  • Undertake any training your managers seem necessary to enhance cleaning standards and & performance.
  • Adhere to company Safe Operational Procedures to job specification i.e PPE etc.
  • Job rotation i.e toilets, internal & external areas
  • Using equipment and mechanical aids to perform tasks
  • Adhere to all COSHH Databases and CBRE HSE Training modules
