• Cleaning management experience essential
• GMP environment/site preferable but training will be provided
• Manual Handling
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven people management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Responsibilities:

• The primary role is to ensure that the contracted operational service delivery, audit readiness and compliance is managed and delivered for the Client
• Manage, motivate and lead a large cleaning team.
• Arrange training, rotas, payroll and holiday requests
• Maintain a high level of communication with your team and the client daily, including attending meetings etc.
• Manage the contract budget
• Manage all vendors PPM schedules and PO requests for Subcontractors
• Inspect and examine all tasks provided to the client
• Oversee all industrial work carried on the site
• Place orders and sourcing materials for the client.
• Providing quotations for any additional works requested by client.
• Auditing and reporting on weekly and monthly basis.
• EHS minded
