Cleaning & Maintenance Technician

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Physically fit (requires walking, lifting heavy items, bending, etc.)
• Able to handle heavy equipment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Honest and reliable.
• Takes initiative and be proactive.
• Good team player.
  Work location: Island wide
  Working hours: 6 days work week
  (Additional Off in Lieu will be given monthly)

• Perform cleaning activities in designated facilities.
• Perform installation, adjustments and minor repair works depending on projects on hand.
• Notify supervisors of low supplies and need repair or maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain stock and warehouse whenever needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager or the Management.
