Description:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing cleaning operations, managing cleaning staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining client satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards across multiple locations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
· Minimum 2 years of Gulf experience.
EXPERIENCE;
· Previous supervisory experience (2+ years in Deep cleaning & Water Tank Cleaning)
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment

Responsibilities:
· Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities across multiple locations.

· Create and manage staff schedules, including shift assignments and rotation
· Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies
· Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
· Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
· Address client concerns and maintain positive client relationships
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and cleaning protocols
· Handle employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts
· Prepare and submit performance reports to management
· Coordinate with HR for hiring, disciplinary actions, and staff development
