Description:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gulf region.
  • Proven supervisory experience (2+ years) in deep cleaning services.
  • Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee cleaning staff operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive deep cleaning pricing strategies by accurately assessing project requirements, including determining the optimal number of staff, estimated working hours, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Plan and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage through effective shift assignments and rotations.
  • Conduct thorough training programs for new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Perform routine quality inspections to maintain compliance with established cleaning standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns, fostering strong and positive client relationships.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, health standards, and company cleaning protocols.
  • Effectively handle employee issues and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR for recruitment, disciplinary actions, and professional development initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored service pricing aligned with their expectations and budget.
