Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Gulf region.
- Proven supervisory experience (2+ years) in deep cleaning services.
- Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee cleaning staff operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop comprehensive deep cleaning pricing strategies by accurately assessing project requirements, including determining the optimal number of staff, estimated working hours, and resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Plan and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage through effective shift assignments and rotations.
- Conduct thorough training programs for new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Perform routine quality inspections to maintain compliance with established cleaning standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns, fostering strong and positive client relationships.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, health standards, and company cleaning protocols.
- Effectively handle employee issues and resolve workplace conflicts in a professional manner.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to management for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR for recruitment, disciplinary actions, and professional development initiatives.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored service pricing aligned with their expectations and budget.
