QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this position, you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant engineering field such as biotechnology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a strong advantage
- Prior experience with cleaning processes in a similar work environment is preferred
- Knowledge of fermentation, recovery, or purification processes gained through studies or work experience is a plus
- A strong understanding of chemical processes and the production environment is essential
- Fluency in Danish or a willingness to learn is required
As an individual, you have a detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for interpreting data combined with excellent communication skills. Moreover, you have an ability to remain positive and adaptable in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift quickly. You use a proactive approach to being a go-to person and providing support to colleagues. You are interested in new technologies, especially as the industry moves towards Industry 4.0.
