This role sits within our cleaning business division, which provides cleaning and hygiene services to various corporate clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday
Shift Pattern: 06:00am to 14:15pm
As Cleaning Team Leader, you will support the Account Manager & Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day supervision and long-term development of the contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide effective supervision to build a strong and effective working relationship with our colleagues.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of a quality service as laid down in the contract specifications and controlled by the Account Manager.
• To deputise the Team Supervisor role when required during absence and annual leave.
• To ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet site specification and advise Account Manager when an order needs to be placed.
• Oversee the training of team members to carry out their duties and responsibilities efficiently and in line with health and safety guidelines.
