Pinnacle Group are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Team Leader to ensure our teams are providing high standards of cleanliness at a high end housing site in Woolwich. You will be joining our facilities management team at Trinity Walk in Woolwich. Your role will involve leading a large team of cleaners that are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of this large husing site. You will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently. This role is permanent, full time position, the working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and developing employees.
- Inspection of cleaning equipment on a regular basis to ensure they are in good working order.
- Cleaning of offices an communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths and grass areas.
- Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
- Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
Key requirements:
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
